Registration of shareholders, Supervision of admission, Guidance, Info Counter, Collection of votes etc.

Reception services

The reception of every company is one of their most important features and stays as the first impression in the mind of a guest.
Our tasks in the reception area are:
Representation of the company, accreditation of visitors and guests, first hand guidance of guests to different floors, conference room planning, answering phone calls and appropriate forwarding, Post-, courier services etc.

Furthermore are our receptionists contact persons for all visitors and members of staff and ensure optimal communication.

Our job is to deliver the right information with a friendly voice. With the skill and charisma of our Hosts and Hostesses, your Welcome Desk transforms to attract.

Our Hosts and Hostesses are fluent in English as well as other foreign languages. Our staff is very accommodating and cautious.

The classic, black suit is the standard choice form for Male and Female workers.

For integrating our team into your appearance, all staff can wear a silk scarf or a tie, which colors we adjust to your CI.
